Unlike a "conventional RV", however, these homes are not designed to be pulled down the highway behind your pickup truck. Our standard park model is 11-12 feet wide (no pop outs) and 14-16 feet tall. Although we also offer somewhat smaller, studio-style cabins, our standard park model comes with a bedroom, bathroom, kitchen and living/dining room. Some Nor'Wester floor plans also include upstairs lofts. We fully encourage our customers to participate in customizing certain features of the unit including cabinetry design, sizes and locations of windows and doors,, as well as some other features to provide the most efficient, livable, and enjoyable park model for each individual situation.
	Nor'Wester park models do not have holding tanks. Instead, our park models contain standard household appliances. All units are constructed of quality lumber with full 2x4 walls, 2x6 floors, 1' eves on each side of the unit, tape and textured drywall interiors, 10" i-beam frame, double wall construction, Hardiplank siding, comp roof (or metal roof), full sized gas or electric appliances, and many other standard features and options. Nor'Wester park models are not mass produced, factory assembled cabins. Instead, they are a product of top-notch, individually hand-built craftsmanship. You can place a Nor'Wester park model RV almost anywhere that you can place a conventional RV. Park models are designed to be placed in most campgrounds/RV parks, certain mobile home parks, various vacation properties, and even on parcels of private property (when and where allowed by local jurisdiction). We encourage you "to do your homework" prior to actually purchasing your park model in order to insure that your intended use and placement location fully comports with any and all applicable laws, ordinances, local zoning requirements, and covenants. It is ultimately your own responsibility to determine whether or not your intended park model use and placement location fully complies with each of these concerns.
